{"id":6379,"date":"2020-02-19T12:31:45","date_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:31:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=6379"},"modified":"2020-02-19T12:31:45","modified_gmt":"2020-02-19T12:31:45","slug":"guillermo-moreno-exige-sanciones-para-responsables-del-boicot-a-elecciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2020\/02\/19\/guillermo-moreno-exige-sanciones-para-responsables-del-boicot-a-elecciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Guillermo Moreno exige sanciones para responsables del boicot a elecciones."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El presidente de Alianza Pa\u00eds&nbsp;afirm\u00f3 que ahora hay mayores motivos para participar en el proceso electoral en curso pues han&nbsp;sido testigos y v\u00edctimas de lo que son capaces de hacer los enemigos de la democracia, por tanto&nbsp;no&nbsp;se ausentar\u00e1n del proceso&nbsp;pues significar\u00eda dejarles campo abierto para que act\u00faen a sus anchas en el prop\u00f3sito de mantenerse en el poder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillermo Moreno expres\u00f3 que la actual crisis pol\u00edtica electoral ha puesto de relieve la falta de institucionalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u00abSi&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>existiera<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>&nbsp;un Ministerio P\u00fablico independiente y confiable ya&nbsp; hubiera articulado un amplio rango&nbsp; de investigaci\u00f3n;&nbsp; toma<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>n<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>do los equipos de votaci\u00f3n como cuerpos del delito y para pro<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>teger la cadena de justi<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>cia; tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>hubiera iniciado la<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>&nbsp;pesquisa \u00ab<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;se\u00f1al\u00f3&nbsp;Moreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillermo Moreno a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que si&nbsp;en el pa\u00eds hubiera un poder&nbsp;legislativo&nbsp;responsable y con conciencia de su papel ya&nbsp; hubieran iniciado los tr\u00e1mites para interpelar a los&nbsp;miembros&nbsp;titulares del pleno de la JCE.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cEs inaceptable que luego de este terrible atentado a la democracia se pretenda pasar la p\u00e1gina como si no hubiese sucedido nada. Lo ocurrido es muy grave y se debe establecer responsabilidades y sanciones\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillermo Moreno concluy\u00f3 las declaraciones enfatizando que ante la situaci\u00f3n actual solo la movilizaci\u00f3n ciudadana pac\u00edfica en el&nbsp; territorio nacional podr\u00e1 crear las condiciones para garantizar la celebraci\u00f3n de elecciones limpias,
