{"id":53000,"date":"2026-09-16T11:27:26","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T15:27:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=53000"},"modified":"2026-09-16T11:27:30","modified_gmt":"2026-09-16T15:27:30","slug":"codue-se-pronuncia-sobre-el-caso-capellan-exhorta-a-garantizar-el-debido-proceso-en-la-investigacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2026\/09\/16\/codue-se-pronuncia-sobre-el-caso-capellan-exhorta-a-garantizar-el-debido-proceso-en-la-investigacion\/","title":{"rendered":"CODUE se pronuncia sobre el caso Capell\u00e1n exhorta a garantizar el debido proceso en la investigaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SANTO DOMINGO.<\/strong> \u2014 El presidente del Consejo Dominicano de Unidad Evang\u00e9lica (CODUE), pastor Feliciano Lacen Custodio, llam\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico y a los \u00f3rganos de administraci\u00f3n de justicia a garantizar el debido proceso y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales en el caso del hermano \u00c1ngel Capell\u00e1n, director de la Fundaci\u00f3n Restaurando Vidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Pastor Lacen Custodio enfatiz\u00f3 que se realice un juicio justo, donde se proteja a las personas involucradas en el proceso y se procure que las actuaciones de las autoridades se desarrollen de manera equitativa, imparcial y conforme a la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\u201cEs fundamental que se respete el debido proceso, que las pruebas sean presentadas, y valoradas conforme a la ley, que todas las partes tengan la oportunidad de ser escuchadas y al mismo tiempo, debe garantizarse la protecci\u00f3n integral de los menores de edad\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El dirigente evang\u00e9lico se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, al mismo tiempo que se investigan las denuncias y se procura establecer responsabilidades, las autoridades tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de garantizar los derechos de todas las partes involucradas, incluyendo a las personas que alegan haber sido afectadas. En ese sentido, consider\u00f3 necesario que durante el proceso judicial sean presentadas y valoradas las pruebas correspondientes, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos, y que las madres de los menores tengan la oportunidad de ofrecer sus testimonios ante las autoridades competentes, dentro de las garant\u00edas que establece el ordenamiento jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Feliciano Lacen Custodio insisti\u00f3 en que las actuaciones y argumentos que se presenten durante el proceso deben estar sustentados en hechos verificables, la verdad y la \u00e9tica, evitando que el caso sea utilizado para emitir juicios anticipados antes de que los tribunales determinen las responsabilidades que correspondan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pastor Feliciano Lacen aprovech\u00f3 la ocasi\u00f3n para hacer un llamado a las instituciones que desarrollan programas en favor de la ni\u00f1ez a mantenerse vigilantes y cumplir estrictamente con las disposiciones establecidas por los organismos responsables de la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asimismo, exhort\u00f3 a estas organizaciones a mantener fortalecidos los mecanismos administrativos, protocolos de protecci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n del personal que trabaja directamente con menores de edad, con el prop\u00f3sito de prevenir situaciones que puedan poner en riesgo su integridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente del CODUE reiter\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n de la ni\u00f1ez constituye una responsabilidad compartida entre las familias, las iglesias, las instituciones sociales y los organismos del Estado, por lo que llam\u00f3 a todos los sectores a actuar con prudencia, responsabilidad y apego a la Constituci\u00f3n y las leyes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SANTO DOMINGO. \u2014 El presidente del Consejo Dominicano de Unidad Evang\u00e9lica (CODUE), pastor Feliciano Lacen Custodio, llam\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico y a los \u00f3rganos de administraci\u00f3n de justicia a garantizar el debido proceso y el respeto de los derechos fundamentales en el caso del hermano \u00c1ngel Capell\u00e1n, director de la Fundaci\u00f3n Restaurando Vidas.
