{"id":42653,"date":"2024-05-28T08:23:04","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T12:23:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=42653"},"modified":"2024-05-28T08:23:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T12:23:06","slug":"rd-y-panama-firman-acuerdo-en-materia-de-prevencion-de-lavado-de-activos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2024\/05\/28\/rd-y-panama-firman-acuerdo-en-materia-de-prevencion-de-lavado-de-activos\/","title":{"rendered":"RD y Panam\u00e1 firman acuerdo en materia de prevenci\u00f3n de lavado de activos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Santo Domingo.-&nbsp;<strong>La Direcci\u00f3n General de Impuestos Internos<\/strong>&nbsp;(DGII) y la&nbsp;<strong>Superintendencia de Sujetos No Financieros de Panam\u00e1<\/strong>&nbsp;(SSNF) suscribieron un&nbsp;<strong>acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;para el intercambio de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en materia de&nbsp;<strong>prevenci\u00f3n de lavado de activos<\/strong>, financiamiento del terrorismo y para la proliferaci\u00f3n de armas de destrucci\u00f3n masiva, como estable la&nbsp;<strong>Ley 155-17.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El convenio fue suscrito el pasado viernes, en Panam\u00e1, por el&nbsp;<strong>director general de la DGII<\/strong>, Luis Valdez Veras, y la&nbsp;<strong>superintendente de la SSNF<\/strong>, Dayra Carrizo Castillo, quienes presentaron los&nbsp;<strong>avances logrados y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong>&nbsp;de ambos pa\u00edses, utilizadas en las supervisiones de los Sujetos Obligados No Financieros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La firma se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la SSNF y posteriormente hubo un&nbsp;<strong>intercambio de experiencias<\/strong>&nbsp;celebrado en la sede de la&nbsp;<strong>Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica Paname\u00f1a,<\/strong>&nbsp;con la presencia de funcionarios de ambas instituciones y del&nbsp;<strong>director general de Ingresos<\/strong>, Publio De Gracia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cEste acuerdo forma parte del trabajo y compromiso del gobierno dominicano en combatir las diversas formas de delitos, as\u00ed como con la transparencia\u201d,<\/em>&nbsp;expres\u00f3 Valdez Veras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En el encuentro, Francisca Rodr\u00edguez,&nbsp;<strong>especialista en prevenci\u00f3n de lavado de activos<\/strong>&nbsp;de la DGII, tuvo a cabo una exposici\u00f3n sobre el tema.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/presidencia.gob.do\/sites\/default\/files\/inline-images\/Luis%20Valdez%20Veras%20junto%20a%20autoridades%20de%20Panama%CC%81.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El acuerdo establece que ambas instituciones se comprometen a realizar&nbsp;<strong>pasant\u00edas y formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, t\u00e9cnica, cient\u00edfica y estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong>&nbsp;a sus colaboradores en el uso de estas pr\u00e1cticas, apoyado con documentos en materia de supervisi\u00f3n, tales como:&nbsp;<strong>manuales, sistemas, capacitaciones, protocolos y procedimientos<\/strong>, los cuales no comprender\u00e1n informaciones financieras, operaciones comerciales, transferencias bancarias, declaraciones impositivas, as\u00ed como ninguna informaci\u00f3n individual de los sujetos obligados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, ambos pa\u00edses comparten la importancia de&nbsp;<strong>prevenir y combatir<\/strong>&nbsp;el blanqueo de capitales o lavado de activos, el financiamiento del terrorismo y de las armas de destrucci\u00f3n masiva, as\u00ed como&nbsp;<strong>promover las mejores pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong>&nbsp;en el ejercicio de la supervisi\u00f3n de los sujetos obligados no financieros. Tambi\u00e9n se comprometieron al&nbsp;<strong>intercambiar las pr\u00e1cticas utilizadas.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Base&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los considerandos como base del acuerdo est\u00e1 que el&nbsp;<strong>Grupo de Acci\u00f3n Financiera Internacional<\/strong>&nbsp;(GAFI), tomando en cuenta el monitoreo sobre las maneras a trav\u00e9s de las cuales la delincuencia organizada transnacional trata de eludir las reglamentaciones para la prevenci\u00f3n y detecci\u00f3n del lavado de activo, ha introducido&nbsp;<strong>transformaciones significativas<\/strong>&nbsp;a sus recomendaciones en la materia, reconociendo la&nbsp;<strong>cooperaci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong>&nbsp;como uno de los principales est\u00e1ndares para la
