Deposita este jueves ante la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) de este municipio su propuesta de gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santo Domingo Norte.- <\/strong>La candidata a la alcald\u00eda de  Santo Domingo Norte (SDN), por el Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM), Betty Ger\u00f3nimo, deposit\u00f3 este jueves ante la Junta Central Electoral (JCE) de este municipio su propuesta de gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ger\u00f3nimo estuvo en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la alta dirigencia del partido en Santo Domingo Norte, encabezado por el presidente de esa organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, Isidro Torres; C\u00e1ndido Mambr\u00fa, secretario general, Carlos Castro, delegado t\u00e9cnico del PRM ante la JCE, los dirigentes pol\u00edticos Virgilio Mer\u00e1n, Joel De la Cruz, Vinicio Coco, Zoilo V\u00e1squez, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa presentado por Ger\u00f3nimo incluye los ejes principales que esta aplicar\u00e1 en su gesti\u00f3n, tales como la transparencia como eje fundamental, en busca de priorizar dentro del gobierno local el empleo, la educaci\u00f3n y la salud. Asimismo, la implementaci\u00f3n del presupuesto participativo de forma efectiva, el medioambiente, la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas que permitan una efectiva circulaci\u00f3n vial, as\u00ed como un plan para el desarrollo ecotur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Betty Ger\u00f3nimo manifest\u00f3 que \u201cesto lo hacemos acogi\u00e9ndonos a los mandatos establecidos en la Constituci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica, la Ley 176-07, que rige el Distrito Nacional y los municipios, as\u00ed como la Ley de Partidos Pol\u00edticos, por lo cual nos comprometemos a encabezar una administraci\u00f3n apegada a las normas, cercania y participativa, para hacer del municipio Santo Domingo Norte un espacio limpio y ambientalmente sostenible\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La candidata a alcaldesa lament\u00f3 que siendo Santo Domingo Norte un municipio muy productivo, no cuente con un mercado municipal donde los mun\u00edcipes puedan comprar productos frescos y a buen precio para con ello desarrabalizar algunos espacios que se han tornado intransitables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De su lado, Torres, presidente del PRM en Santo Domingo Norte ponder\u00f3 que la candidata a alcaldesa de esa organizaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, gobernar\u00e1 de manera ejemplar, debido a que manejar\u00e1 de forma transparente los recursos del cabildo, con lo que permitir\u00e1 construir una ciudad m\u00e1s integral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo es posible que un alcalde maneje los recursos de un ayuntamiento sin que la comunidad y los mun\u00edcipes sepan donde fueron invertidos.
