Sin embargo, contrario a d\u00edas normales, la presencia de haitianos en las calles de Dajab\u00f3n es casi nula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchos han decidido regresar a su pa\u00eds por cuenta propia, otros han sido repatriados por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Migraci\u00f3n y los que todav\u00eda permanecen en el poblado, se mantienen resguardados por miedo represalias en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, que el cierre por los cuatro puntos fronterizos, ordenado por el presidente Luis Abinader, no ha amendretado a los haitianos, que continuan viento en popa con la construcci\u00f3n del canal para desviar el r\u00edo Masacre hacia su territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el desv\u00edo del r\u00edo que comparten Rep\u00fablica Dominicana y Hait\u00ed ha sido el punto de partida para el conflicto entre ambos pa\u00edses, no se ha manifestado la intenci\u00f3n de detener del lado haitiano, el proyecto, que a la fecha no se le atribuye a nadie de manera directa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Por: Rosalba Escalante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rep\u00fablica Dominicana-Transcrurridas las primeras 24 horas de cierre total, una sorprendente calma reina en la frontera.
