Sus vientos m\u00e1ximos se mantienen en 85 kph, con<br>r\u00e1fagas superiores. Los vientos de tormenta se extienden a unos 95 km fuera de su centro. Se mueve hacia el<br>oeste a unos 19 kph, esper\u00e1ndose que de forma gradual cambie al oeste\/noroeste y luego noroeste dentro de<br>las siguientes 24 a 36 horas.<br>En virtud de lo anterior y lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 2 cap\u00edtulo 1, de la Ley 147-02, sobre Gesti\u00f3n de<br>Riesgos, este Centro de Operaciones de Emergencias (COE), Emite aviso de POR TORMENTA<br>TROPICAL desde la isla Saona hasta la frontera con Hait\u00ed (Pedernales) y condiciones de tormenta tropical<br>desde la Isla Saona Hasta Montecristi.
