{"id":26794,"date":"2021-07-05T14:50:57","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T13:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=26794"},"modified":"2021-07-05T14:50:58","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T13:50:58","slug":"a-jean-alain-rodriguez-le-han-enviado-coronas-de-flores-negras-y-notas-funerarias-dice-su-abogado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2021\/07\/05\/a-jean-alain-rodriguez-le-han-enviado-coronas-de-flores-negras-y-notas-funerarias-dice-su-abogado\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abA Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez le han enviado coronas de flores negras y notas funerarias\u00bb, dice su abogado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Gustavo Biaggi, abogado del exprocurador de la Rep\u00fablica,&nbsp;<strong>Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, revel\u00f3 este lunes que a su defendido \u201cle han enviado cartas, coronas de flores negras y notas funerarias en este per\u00edodo de tiempo\u201d en el que enfrenta a la justicia tras ser se\u00f1alado como el principal imputado en el<strong>&nbsp;caso Medusa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado del&nbsp;<strong>exprocurador&nbsp;<\/strong>habl\u00f3 en el contexto de que su cliente podr\u00eda correr peligro si va a la&nbsp;<strong>c\u00e1rcel<\/strong>, como hab\u00eda dicho hace unos d\u00edas, cuando pidi\u00f3 que debe d\u00e1rsele un \u201ctrato diferencial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cComo pas\u00f3 con aquel&nbsp;<strong>narcotraficante&nbsp;<\/strong>Flori\u00e1n (F\u00e9liz) que en la c\u00e1rcel falleci\u00f3. Es un hecho puntual, pero realmente puede existir. Entonces, con&nbsp;<strong>Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>&nbsp;se advert\u00eda que los&nbsp;<strong>jueces<\/strong>, los fiscales y el jefe de la Polic\u00eda deber\u00edan tener un trato diferenciado con respecto a c\u00e1rcel\u201d, explic\u00f3 Biaggi al participar en una entrevista en el programa El D\u00eda, que se transmite por Telesistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Biaggi<\/strong>, quien aclar\u00f3 que no lleva la defensa exclusiva, estableci\u00f3 que al principio Jean Alain se ve\u00eda turbado, pero que con el paso del tiempo se ha visto recuperado, se mantiene estudiando el expediente y \u201chaciendo la tarea\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El defensor de Jean Alain estableci\u00f3 que unos siete abogados se mantienen estudiando las acusaciones del&nbsp;<strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>&nbsp;(MP) en contra del exprocurador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biaggi aclar\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que su oficina no cuenta con la defensa a favor del Estado sobre el caso del supuesto desfalco en las Ede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a&nbsp;<strong>MP<\/strong>, Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez, Rafael Can\u00f3, Jonathan Rodr\u00edguez, Miguel Jos\u00e9 de Moya, Rafael Antonio Mercede Marte, Altagracia Guill\u00e9n Calzado y Javier Alejandro Forteza, entre otras personas, son&nbsp;<strong>imputados&nbsp;<\/strong>de delitos de asociaci\u00f3n de malhechores, estafa contra el Estado, soborno, coalici\u00f3n de funcionarios, falsedad de documentos p\u00fablicos, robo de identidad, delitos &nbsp;electr\u00f3nicos y lavado de activos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00f3rgano persecutor inform\u00f3 sobre el&nbsp;<strong>arresto<\/strong>, por corrupci\u00f3n y otros delitos, de Miguel Jos\u00e9 de Moya, quien se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como asesor de la Procuradur\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica durante la gesti\u00f3n de Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado viernes, fue aplazado para el pr\u00f3ximo jueves a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana el conocimiento de&nbsp;<strong>medida<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>coercitiva<\/strong>&nbsp;contra el exprocurador general&nbsp;<strong>Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>&nbsp;y los funcionarios y colaboradores de su gesti\u00f3n involucrados en la red de corrupci\u00f3n develada con la&nbsp;<strong>Operaci\u00f3n Medusa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dicci\u00f3n fue tomada porla<strong>&nbsp;jueza Kenya Romero<\/strong>, de la Oficina de Atenci\u00f3n Permanente del Distrito Nacional,&nbsp;<strong>para que los abogados defensores tengan tiempo de conocer el expediente<\/strong>, reunir los elementos para demostrar arraigo y que los imputados no se sustraer\u00e1n del proceso<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gustavo Biaggi, abogado del exprocurador de la Rep\u00fablica,&nbsp;Jean Alain Rodr\u00edguez, revel\u00f3 este lunes que a su defendido \u201cle han enviado cartas, coronas de flores negras y notas funerarias en este per\u00edodo de tiempo\u201d en el que enfrenta a la justicia tras ser se\u00f1alado como el principal imputado en el&nbsp;caso Medusa.
