Una vez m\u00e1s reiteramos lo que hemos se\u00f1alado en varias oportunidades<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>a esta JCE le falta el car\u00e1cter para llevar al oficialismo al respeto de la ley<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u2026\u201d&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>expres\u00f3 Guillermo Moreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato hizo un llamado a todos los interesados en el fortalecimiento de la democracia a obligar a la Junta Central Electoral a que haga cumplir la ley para asegurar en 2020 unas elecciones limpias y con equidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cSolo la movilizaci\u00f3n ciudadana podr\u00e1 crear el clima que obligue a la JCE a no hacerse indiferente y c\u00f3mplice frente a los desmanes y excesos del pelede\u00edsmo.
