{"id":15065,"date":"2020-08-04T23:13:10","date_gmt":"2020-08-04T22:13:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=15065"},"modified":"2020-08-04T23:13:47","modified_gmt":"2020-08-04T22:13:47","slug":"guillermo-moreno-una-constituyente-con-participacion-de-la-ciudadania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2020\/08\/04\/guillermo-moreno-una-constituyente-con-participacion-de-la-ciudadania\/","title":{"rendered":"Guillermo Moreno: Una Constituyente con participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El presidente de Alianza Pa\u00eds insisti\u00f3 este lunes en que sea tomada en cuenta la voluntad de la ciudadan\u00eda para reformar la constituci\u00f3n bajo la consideraci\u00f3n de ser el pueblo dominicano el verdadero protagonista del cambio que se ha producido en la direcci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cInsisto: la nueva reforma constitucional tiene que expresar un nuevo pacto pol\u00edtico y social y debe hacerse a trav\u00e9s de una constituyente, cuyos integrantes sean electos por voto popular y exclusivamente con ese prop\u00f3sito.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Declar\u00f3 el Presidente de Alianza Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillermo Moreno consider\u00f3 necesario que forme parte del debate ciudadano la prohibici\u00f3n de la reelecci\u00f3n, que obligar\u00eda a cada presidente concentrarse en ejecutar su programa de gobierno en los cuatro a\u00f1os de elecci\u00f3n. Igualmente que se garanticen Justicia, Ministerio p\u00fablico, JCE, C\u00e1mara de Cuentas y altas cortes independientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreno manifest\u00f3 que debe ser evaluada tambi\u00e9n la conveniencia del actual congreso bicameral,&nbsp; el cual considera est\u00e1 conformado \u201c<strong><em>representantes m\u00e1s preocupados por garantizarse privilegios y no en representar, legislar y fiscalizar como manda la Constituci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al finalizar Moreno plante\u00f3 que sea abordado el l\u00edmite a la facultad de endeudamiento p\u00fablico para que nunca m\u00e1s se repita la triste historia de que presidentes y congresistas irresponsables hipotequen el pa\u00eds con una deuda que sobrepasa el 50% del PIB, porcentaje que no sabemos
