{"id":10628,"date":"2020-05-12T03:06:47","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T02:06:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/?p=10628"},"modified":"2020-05-12T03:06:48","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T02:06:48","slug":"medio-ambiente-suspende-corte-y-transporte-de-madera-proveniente-de-plantaciones-y-planes-de-manejo-forestal-en-todo-el-territorio-nacional","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blgnoticiassantodomingo.net\/index.php\/2020\/05\/12\/medio-ambiente-suspende-corte-y-transporte-de-madera-proveniente-de-plantaciones-y-planes-de-manejo-forestal-en-todo-el-territorio-nacional\/","title":{"rendered":"Medio Ambiente suspende corte y transporte de madera proveniente de plantaciones y planes de manejo forestal en todo el territorio nacional"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Santo Domingo, RD.-\u00a0A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0No.0006\/2020, el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, suspendi\u00f3 de manera provisional el corte y transporte de madera proveniente de plantaciones y planes de manejo forestales, en todo el territorio nacional.<br><br>La\u00a0disposici\u00f3n fue adoptada debido a las condiciones de sequ\u00eda que actualmente afectan al pa\u00eds, por lo que la instituci\u00f3n ambiental consider\u00f3 necesario reforzar las medidas para disminuir los efectos de la falta de lluvia,\u00a0garantizando el cumplimiento a las disposiciones establecidas en la Ley 64-00, que faculta al Ministerio como organismo rector de la gesti\u00f3n del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales.<br><br>La Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0No.0006\/2020, establece que\u00a0se except\u00faa el corte y transporte de \u00e1rboles de las plantaciones de\u00a0Acac\u00eda mangium\u00a0usados como biomasa destinada a la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda.<br><br>A trav\u00e9s de la medida, se ordena al Viceministerio de Recursos Forestales, a los Departamentos Provinciales Ambientales y al Servicio Nacional de Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental (SENPA) a participar, colaborar y coordinar las acciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones de la presente Resoluci\u00f3n.<br><br>La Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0No.0006\/2020, est\u00e1 colgada en la p\u00e1gina Web\u00a0\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/ambiente.gob.do\" target=\"_blank\">ambiente.gob.do<\/a>\u00a0disponible para consulta de la ciudadan\u00eda.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Santo Domingo, RD.-\u00a0A trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n\u00a0No.0006\/2020, el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales, suspendi\u00f3 de manera provisional el corte y transporte de madera proveniente de plantaciones y planes de manejo forestales, en todo el territorio nacional.
