de la econom\u00eda no puede quedarse desprotegido frente a la par\u00e1lisis que ha generado el Covid-19<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato presidencial por Alianza Pa\u00eds (ALPAIS) solicit\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles al gobierno valorar la situaci\u00f3n de miles de trabajadores informales que no pueden salir a trabajar y que no han sido acogidos en ning\u00fan programa gubernamental que les garantice un m\u00ednimo para sobrevivir, siendo este sector m\u00e1s del 50% de la fuerza de trabajo en la econ\u00f3mica dominicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cEs inaceptable que este gobierno, a sabiendas de la situaci\u00f3n desesperada en que viven estos sectores informales, fruto de la pandemia, del estado de emergencia nacional, del toque de queda y del distanciamiento f\u00edsico, no haya creado un mecanismo efectivo que les permita recibir lo necesario para la subsistencia\u201d<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;expres\u00f3 Moreno refiri\u00e9ndose a millones de dominicanos que hoy no realizan sus labores cotidianas de barber\u00eda, plomer\u00eda, transporte escolar, sastrer\u00eda, carpinter\u00eda, ebanister\u00eda, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillermo Moreno consider\u00f3 una gravedad que el gobierno no este valorando a corto plazo la reactivaci\u00f3n de micros, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas, que respetando el debido uso del protocolo y distanciamiento f\u00edsico, puedan comenzar a operar en aquellos territorios donde la pandemia no tenga presencia significativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato hizo un llamado a la unidad de los trabajadores informales para que organizados puedan exigir sus derechos fundamentales, ya que expresa esta crisis ha confirmado que dicho sector, como muchos, no tiene quien lo represente en el Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u201cAnte la sordera del Gobierno buscando capitalizar su actuaci\u00f3n en beneficio de su candidato oficial, al conjunto de la oposici\u00f3n nos corresponde seguir exigiendo la necesidad de convocar la diversidad de sectores pol\u00edticos, econ\u00f3micos y sociales para pactar la agenda que le d\u00e9 una salida cierta a esta crisis sin precedentes que
